This may be out of the box thinking from an image compositor! May not be contest worthy, but there is water. I give you "Underground Lair" complete with .... a school of ill tempered sea bass and freakin sharks with laser beams attached to their heads!!!

I don't know what it is about the lair inside the mouth, but it's the weak point. I know it should have its own light source and not consistent with the outside light, so that's not it. Maybe because its monotone? Less sharp? I dunno. But those eyes are really convincing, perfectly shaded, and the nose too. Teeth are good, but there's some softness down the side of the mouth. Fun to look at all around. Cool.
It's amusing - not sure how I feel about the "menacing" rocks actually smiling ... :-)
