Personally, I don't quite understand the way you focused it. Obviously it's intentional, but the single ripple that is in focus is so small it's hard to notice and ends up being lost in the composition. And without something notable being in focus, essentially the entire picture is out of focus. I guess that could be an artistic choice, but I think if that is what you're going for, that exposure matters immensely - and fully 1/4 to 1/3 of the photo is completely blown out, leaving basically no detail to study, and diminished color variation to look at, too.

I think it would be a better photo to only include the bottom half of the photo, using only reflections.
