This is an active volcano outside the city of Toluca in Mexico, the name is Nevado de Toluca, if you ever visit Mexico city and have time to spare you can take an hour and a half tour to this place, don't worry the volcano may be active but is highly monitored and it's safe, in winter you can find snow.
