This was shot at the local park in the middle of Munich. People startetd skiing to work because of the heavy snowfall. Cars parked outside were pretty much all obstructed by the snow and some public transportation services were shutting down for the day.
No snowflakes were added, only light and tones were edited.

Agreed that really makes all the difference with this image, otherwise its a pretty shot but not so interesting.
Would make a good commercial photo.
