Very nice capture. Have you thought about cropping in to catch more detail of the trees being surrounded by the fog. The clouds in the sky just don't seem interesting enough, especially for a B&W, but zooming in may give a more ominous effect.

I second the though of cropping down a little bit. All of the interest is in the forest and mist, so the sky just seems like an extra unneeded addition.

Personally, I like this composition and am a big fan of B&W. I think cropping the sky some would help. Love the fog.
