Arctic seasmoke at Nubble lighthouse in Cape Neddick ME. This phenomena occurs when the air temperatures are far below zero and the water from the sea surface sublimates as the cold air saturates very fast.

Thanks Nate, It was so cold that my tripod legs wouldn't lock, had to use duck tape :-)
