If this is your final choice of editing, this is completely fine, but I really see a lot of potential for a heavier edit here. There are several tutorials on youtube on how to edit like Brandon Woelfel and I'd love to see an edit like this with yout pic. I think that this could evolve to a 4 or 5 star image.
I was just going to say that Brandon's editing style would take this to a higher level and then saw the comment of Tobias :D Definitely check his work out if you haven't yet. Another good example is Teemu Jarvinen - although he focuses on overall neon looking street shots, his work could also inspire you.
Like the other guys have said, there is so much potential in this image. Just needs a little more for that wow factor
