2.42 - "Needs Work"

This is an abandoned house of a highway I drive every day, but I had noticed the colors of the sky during a sunset one evening and had camera and tripod with me, so I set up the shot I wanted when I wanted it, took the original home edited it to where the tones and colors were where I liked them to be, but the thing is, is that we all see colors different, so what I see maybe different than what you think you are seeing. I hope y'all enjoy!

It looks like you put a lot of work into this and it shows. And I don't mean that in a good way. I can see evidence of a lot of editing: light and dark halos, shadows, color banding, too much vignette on the left and right sides. Unfortunately, this gives the effect of a very low quality camera/lens. If this was what you were aiming for, you nailed it.

Philip, I agree that there was alot of post to this image but what I see is the potential of the area he was shooting. Not a 5 but if it was my image, it would be on my wall

Sadly, no one buys art for the setting's potential.

Please see my comment to Phillip Breske! Thank you by the way Chris!

I totally agree but it was a trial run with a new program I tried but you gotta understand , here in Oklahoma we have what the people call red dirt so under the dead grass on this patch of land it looks orange and just barely any vignette, it will look burnt! I like criticism because it helps me improve! And by the way I've only been doing photography for three years and have taught myself everything I know so I think I did pretty dam great if you ask, but thanks again for your LOVE! AND as for you Chris Carlson thank you for you love bro it made me feel good to know some one appreciated my work this was the natural colors from the sun setting to the right of this picture, which I was looking do south east when I took this shot.
