I love that you have taken a subject that we have all seen and would never think of it as being beautiful. Yet you have made this a vibrant appealing image. Even if people don’t rate this highly, I give you props for really submitting something in the spirit of the theme of the competition.

I think the saturation is a bit to much on the upper side of the guy. :)
Yeah maybe on his right shoulder?
Most of the red vest as well as the right arm. Desaturating and/or darkening would help. See below/around his left hand for a reference.
