Good colors (looks cold), but there is a little too much headroom over the model.

And maybe I'm wrong, but it looks like you cloned out your reflection (or replaced it completely) in the lens of her glasses. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but astute viewers will notice when something that should be there isn't there and it needs to be done perfectly to get away with it.
