2.02 - "Needs Work" 

Background didn't work in the original- current was painted in Photoshop and subbed in.

If anyone passing by could give some constructive criticism it would be much appreciated.

Far nostril looks like it's sagging and the near eye looks too small. Maybe this is as intended but it feels weird to me. The overall photo doesn't tell much of a story. I would have liked to seen a mossy foot, like it was trying to climb the tree or an arm sticking out holding a steaming cup of coffee, like the moss guy was relaxing... something more interactive.
I like the tones and blending so overall its nice :-)

Thanks for the input! I feel i should mention that all i did to the moss was emphasize what looked to me to be eyes and a mouth. (now i can't un-see the nostrils)
