I think it would work better if it was more cropped in
While I love what you are going for, a tighter crop would still achieve your goals and the chopper would be a better anchor for the photo. Otherwise, nicely done.
Yes, it would probably be better more cropped in, but it is already cropped so much that it would really loose the quality of the photo. Taken on 200mm.
