This is an electrical current running up two wires on a Jacob's Ladder. The electric bounces back and forth from bottom to top until it dissipates off the end. The image was taken in the dark. The timing was difficult in order to catch the trail from bottom to top and stopping before the next current began causing a double image.
Somehow I missed the part of the criteria that these were 'technology images for selling tech". I apologize that my submission doesn't really fit the theme. If I could figure out how to delete it i would! :o)
