Time. From pre-history, man has always been controlled by time. As a result, civilizations have always tried to standardize time in a bid to bring order to life. From sundials to candle clocks, humans developed technologies that tell time. But even with our most advanced technology, we remain slaves of time.. we will always reach the point of having "out of time".

What made this photo difficult to get is in catching that last bits of "sand" falling.. try snapping one of those on macro.
This is a good attempt. You would have more success, in my opinion, using a deeper depth of field with a faster shutter speed so that you got more of the glass in focus.
