Hello David, I rate this image as "needs work" (2), although I believe you could really make something out of it. The model is very good with a photogenic physique, the lighting is also OK. However for my taste the pose is somewhat awkward and also I would remove distracting elements such as the cable underneath his right foot. Maybe also some repositioning of the camera-angle or lowering the whole camera to get rid of the corner of the wall on the top right. Would be great to see what you can come up with! Cheers.
