Is it real model or mannequin?
Its a real model. The camera is on a rig with the sensor plane parallel to the model (parallel to the slope of the stairs).
I think the lighting is good. But for me her pose and expression needs a lot of work. But at the end of the day what matters is that your clients liked it.
