The band is the Chilluns. I photographed this at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in 2018 as a volunteer photographer for the Festival's Archives. Smithsonian Folkways selected it out of the Archives this year and bought it. It was published in the book that accompanied the 50th anniversary boxed CD set "Jazz Fest: The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival."
