"Movement On Both Sides of the Lens".
Nikkor D850, Nikkot 24-74 at 24mm, 1.00 sec, ISO 500, f 16.

Using a 1.0 sec exposure allowed just the right amount of movement of the ferris wheel. "Tiny" loop movement of the camera, while keeping the lens pointing at a central point, created curves of light from thin strings of light bulbs, thus creating a more dynamic composition.
