Obviously this isn't a snap shot, don't know why anyone would rate this a one. With that said, I do think it needs some work before its portfolio ready.
The mountain is just too dark for me (I know its night). I would like to see it blended with a different time of day either around sunset or sunrise.
It's hard to tell if this is edited because if you brighten up the mountains and denoise the photo it would be a 3-star photo.
