I like the shot, although it doesn't appear to be a particularly long exposure.
Thank you, and I agree. After looking through the other submission, mine is on the faster side for sure.
I like this shot but the red is distracting.
This was brought to my attention after I submitted the photo. I am red/green colorblind and didn't notice the red from the person I removed.
