I like the composition, "rule" of thirds and the detail in the rocks.
Just the post production, mainly in the sky and clouds, it's the grey edge around the cloud. It would seem that the highlight slider went a bit crazy there or something else funky.
other then that, I like it
Thanks for the critique Steve! Particularly I don't remember how I edited this image, but I think you are right! or maybe the the cloud was to burned and the other one was a rainy cloud :)
