Love the cars and the leading line it forms.

Personally, I feel the sky lets it down a little. I would have preferred the stars not to be streaks. Blending for example a 7min exposure of the cars and a 20-30 seconds exposure of the stars/sky together might work,

Or, the other option. Go for full on star trails by adding more exposures and blending all that in.

Right now I feel the sky just seems fuzzy and blurry. Not sharp enough to be a star shot. While at the same time not having long enough star streaks to be a cool star trail shot.

Just my option. Still like the shot!
