This staircase was beautiful and there were many people moving up and down. The entire event was quirky but this man stood out as quirky and I caught him as he was putting his hand on the banister perfectly.

Lighting isn't the best.
The crop is strange, you're cropping off some people in the background at weird places, same as the two heads in the bottom left corner.
the image probably needs to be tilted to the left. The banister isn't vertical in the image.
But most importantly, the focus is on the coffee cup and his hand. Not on his face. which defeats the purpose of the shot.
