Purple and orange, great color and those horizontal layers of sunlight are really cool.
The purple color of the clouds tells me that you just missed the most vibrant part of the sunset where the clouds turn vivid pink. That phase only lasts a few minutes and it would have been an amazing counterpoint to the purple rocks.
