Is there a filter on this image?
Love the moment - it's great.
Things to improve: The image is hazy, the guy's leg is chopped off, the dog is blinking and the composition off. You need to either include more background to anchor them in their environment or crop tighter (while including his leg) and lose some of the headspace that doesn't add to the image.
This is close to being a very solid image.
