With a little work this could be great.
The pose looks very uncomfortable and her right arm and fingers distract from the lines of her back. Use this arm to cover the breasts and use the left arm to cradle the stomach.
Light the background so that you don't have a black halo around the subject.
Lose the sweat pants, or push them down enough so that you can crop them out.
The highlights are nice though. Hope this helps.
Interesting take on a classic style. The moody green and blue is creative. Pretty extraordinary what women go through.
Turning the head a little and brushing the hair back might give a cleaner profile of the face.
