Another nice photo of your niece. I very much like the hair across the face. I like her direct look into the camera. I like the lighting, the subtle cool color- her skin is excellent. My suggestions to improve this photo would be... to crop out the doors and columns to simplify the background... to retouch the spot on the steps at the right of her head and the two vertical lines at the top of the stairs... to retouch out the loop thing of the jacket at her elbow. I'm upping my vote by an additional star in anticipation of these changes. Great photo.
