I don't hate the unusual crop, but i wish she was looking at the lens instead of the photographer.
Agree with Logan but would add... maybe a bit less crop around the head.
I love the composition. It might seem unbalanced but the balance is actually in the subject and the negative space being similar shapes but oppositly positioned. Fashion photography often takes a single aspect, such as shape, and places it above other traditional portraiture precepts. I love it.
