I like the expression on her face and I like the transparency of the water combined with her reflection. But the sky (mist, steam, whatever it is) is not doing anything to help this photo. With all that sky the face ends up being very centered which is not a strong compositional element for this photo. I would suggest cropping out the entire sky down to a point slightly above her head.
I agree that there is to much negative space. I would try to fill the frame with the beautiful subject.
