One of the most famous beaches on the Lofoten archipelago shot during a winter rain/snow storm last February. With a window of approximately 15 minutes between two downpours, my photo buddies and i all managed to get the shot within 10 minutes before we were scared off by another group of photographers instead off the severe weather conditions :-)
The result you see here is a blend of 3 images. Focus stack, to nail the sharpness front to back and also a focal length blend to have a wide angle foreground shot (14mm) and and another one more zoomed (19mm) in to background to make the mountains appear a little larger and more similar to what you actually see in reality.
