I think if you cropped off a bit of that dark snow in front it would look less like there's a cliff right in front of the camera and would make it more about the open square and building in front.
I like this a lot, the colors are great and I like how the foreground has a sort of gradient to it. Personally I feel like it would be a stronger composition if the horizon was in the upper third
