I made this image at the 'The Umeda Sky Building' which is the nineteenth-tallest building in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, and one of the city's most recognisable landmarks. Despite the gusty winds and chilly weather, I observed this gentleman(a security guard at the building) standing upright, without flinching even for a brief moment as I passed by him. I quickly climbed down, and crafted this wide angle image a few minutes later. I was fascinated by the architecture of the building(the geometry of it), the dramatic sky, and this man's spirit which I had just witnessed... Hence, I decided to put them together in a frame, quite spontaneously. And when I look back at the image now, I'm unable to decide which is mightier, the size of the building, or the gentleman's commitment to his profession. :)
