MORNING TRANQUILITY

Pictured here is Emerald Lake Lodge in Yoho National Park (BC, Canada). We had just arrived early morning after driving all night from Vancouver which took about 8 hours. We did not have any sleep and needless to say, we were very tired. It was still dark when we headed down to the lake shore. I have never been in this location before so I didn’t know what to expect. When the morning light came, I was mesmerized by the beauty of this scene. All of a sudden, I no longer felt tired. I was just captivated by the lake’s morning tranquility.
