I call this a "body portrait." A person (in this case, a woman) may feel embarrassed that they have the flabs and bumps, imperfect skin or saggy breasts. But it's these features (or imperfections to some) that make their bodies unique, just like their individual persona. Such features also allow portraitists to create perfectly textured images. This image was shot with a Nikon D7000 and 24-70mm lens with a single softbox at camera-right pointed toward the model at face-height.
