Twilight exterior single exposure at that 5 minute window when ambient light matches the interior light brightness. Fairly minimal editing besides cloning out distractions on the ground and house.

Great image. I think if you toned down the saturation on the orange of the interior / exterior lights ever so slightly it would help.
