Urania Observatory, Vienna

With this image I try to show old historic architecture (Urania observatory on the left) contrasting with modern architecture (UNIQA tower on the right) embedded in the beautiful city of Vienna.

I took this shot during a late blue hour. For the highlights I used a 1 and 2 stop under exposure to recover some blown out highlights with the help of luminosity masks in photoshop. After some standard RAW processing in Capture One I used photoshop for the whole post process like color grading, contrast enhancing, cloning out small distractions etc.
