For mid Oct in Portland Or it was warm night of 66. I was standing on the end of the dock shooting the city's night scape when this young lady walked next to me and asked if it was safe to swim here. I said yes but it was very cold in the river. She smiled and dove in, you have love a free sprit. This shot was after her plunge and she looked cold. I asked to take the photo before snapping and she smiled again and went in for another swim.
