Looks really nice, if a hair overdone on the retouching in my opinion. I think the retouching really stands out only because the rest of her hasn't been edited. If you had removed the fuzzy bits from the hat or evened out the wrinkles in her shirt it wouldn't stand out as much.

The lighting is great but I also agree with Wayne, the face looks just a tad overly processed - distinctly in comparison to the fluffy beret.
