I saw the clouds moving quickly over this morning landscape with the fence leading into the waterfall in the background. So a long exposure created a second set of leading lines into the frame using the clouds.
It's a bit strange to comment on the cleverness of an image (feels like self-promoting), but I do think landscape photography offers many ways to be clever as well. Any time a photographer can manipulate time e.g. long exposures, and more importantly, have it add to the composition without it being boldly obvious at the time on location, I think is very clever.
