Low tide and wet sand was needed to create image of my journey to next year as I used this image as a P.F. card, to wish my family and friends Happy New Year. I was planning to keep it very minimalistic and moody. I used wireless remote shutter to capture myself. I was running back and forth until I've achieved the right composition and scale of my body when compared to the massive size of the "stone gate". Long exposure creates nice directional strokes in clouds which are helping to drag eyes of beholder into the scene.
