Milky Way from Teddy's Lookout at Lorne, VIC, Australia.
Nikon Z8 with 14-24mm lens
f/2.8 15sec ISO6400
This is a stack of 33 consecutive images taken just after the moonset and the Milky Way was in position parallel with mountains. Images were imported into Lightroom, exported as TIFF files into Starry Landscape Stacker. This was to reduce the noise in the image and add detail within the Milky Way. Resultant image was then imported in conjunction with a couple of the original images to find a set of car trails that was ideal. The green light is a traffic light. Finished image was finally imported into Radiant Photo to adjust contrast and add sharpening.
