Shot this one with an 85mm if I´m not mistaken...Or 135mm...Don´t remember!
Had two rimlights with striplight softboxes with a grid on!
Also a beautydish at a lower power from above.
Editing wise I didn´t do so much, pulled down the color a tad to get a desaturated look. Also removed some pimples and stuff...
