I started taking photography seriously about a year ago. About about 5 months ago I bought the Canon R5C with the 24 to 70 2.8 L. This is my beautiful girlfriend Carolyn who is always willing to model for me. She has given me encouragement and endless opportunity to learn. The photo was taken at Norman Byrd sanctuary in Middletown Rhode Island. We spent all day shooting photos together and enjoying nature by the ocean. I will never forget this day and I learned so much. I hope to continue improving and become a professional photographer. I have been shooting myself on video for YouTube for over 8 years. I always had an interest in camera gear and technology. Now I know in my heart that this is what I need to do to enjoy life and sustain a family.
