The camera I used was a Sony Alpha 7S ii with a Kenko 20mm Macro extension tube and a Canon EF 24-105mm f4 lens.

Editing-wise, I used Lightroom Classic to change it to B&W, and adjusted basic things like tone levels, presence, sharpness. I used Photoshop too adjust the noise levels of the image and made levels adjustments and additional tonal tweaks.

Context: I shot this image during a test photoshoot I was doing with a friend. I really liked how her cat was warming itself with the light so I shot the image as quickly as I could before it moved. Her cat was resting on a bar stool really close to a Godox SK400-ii light (permanently on) with a diffusion and I really liked the lighting.
