A flower fly shot in my back yard, I used a direct flash with a diffuser, one of my first tries with a real macro lense and a flash with a decent size diffuser.
Gear:
Canon 60D
Sigma 150 mm Macro, 1/250, f16, ISO400
I have done a decent amout of cleanup in Photoshop as these type of pictures do have significant amout of dust, dirt and other distractions. Also removed some background flowers and smoothened the background a bit.
