Weaver ants found across tropical regions unite togather during the begining of monsoon to secure their colony (and eggs) by building leaf nests. They do it by pulling adjacent leaves and join them together forming "living chains" and then use the silk produced by their larvae to stitch and secure everything togather. This action displaying teamwork on a champak tree caught my eyes when I was working for my ecology project in the field ,one rainy day!
