it was not too late on a rainy night in Bilbao/Spain, but it was sunday and i belive the Spanish have to go to bed early on sunday. Most of them had already left the otherwise busy place. i was strolling around the old town with my 50mm anamophic lens to catch this lens-typical horizontal stripes of light. the colour of stripes is always surprising and depends on the colour of the lightsource. on rainy nights this type of lens is always good for surprises, the atmospheric density and the cinematic look is worth lugging around this heavy lens.
