3 light setup: one un-gelled hair light, one blue-gelled small softbox to the left/behind the model, and one red-gelled octabox on the right front. The smoke was added by my assistant. Yes, sadly, it is real cigarette smoke. This was for a singer who wrote a song about an ex-boyfriend that she left due to his habitual smoking. So I wanted this image to be moody with real smoke.
