I used 6 constant lights for this photo. Two 2' quasar tubes were set to their warmest color temperature and rigged in an X pattern on camera right, in front of the models face, to act as the key light and create the catch lights in her eyes. Then, right next to those tubes, I used 2 small LEDs with leko attachments (similar to an optical spot) and closed down the leaves to project the hard lines on her face. Behind the model, camera left, I used two more 2' quasar tubes, rigged vertically and parallel to each other, and set them to their coolest color temp.
ISO 160, 1/200, f/5, 85mm.
