This artistic edit is meant to emphasize the perceived notion of San Francisco's current status as a city under Dark Skies.
Metropolitan cities are easy to criticize as they seem to have a concentration of problems under the spotlight. The problems are real, the solutions are difficult and expensive and arguable. But, in reality, there are problems everywhere, even in the small towns, they just are not under the spotlights.
I hope this image also conveys color and light are in reach. That there is hope!
